Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We currently offer shipping to Puerto Rico and the U.S. for a flat rate of $20.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery to all of Puerto Rico for a flat rate of $20.

Deliveries are made during business hours. You will receive a notification via text message with the phone number provided at checkout on the day of delivery.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip shipping fees by selecting local pickup at checkout. Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours at the following location:

Marina Puerto Del Rey, Fajardo, Puerto Rico 00738, United States

Once your order is ready, we will send an email notification with pickup instructions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@eastislandpr.com with your order number.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at sales@eastislandpr.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution.
